First day sailings where conducted in the north of Gottskär. Two clean starts with an even spread over the start line. First race slightly less than one hour followed by a second race approx.  one hour.

Grand opening was conducted by Ingela och Lars Gathenhielm (Florens Viden och James Holm) the famous pirate captain from Onsala. He also presented the historical  background of Gotskär with sourrondings.

After opening SS Kaparen invited all participants to Champagne and mingle.
